These are all the DIY vinyl toys I currently own. My collection started because of my Dad buying me a 3” Vinylmation and 4” Munnyworld Raffy a year or so ago. I haven’t painted on them for lack of inspiring ideas. 

While browsing the web for local San Diego art shops, I came a cross a local designer toy store called Gunnzo. They are currently having a buy one 4” Munnyworld vinyl, get the second one half off special. So last Friday I went their for the first time and bought the Trikky and Foomi vinyls.

I plan on making the Trikky toy modeled after my cat Maceo’s coat pattern decorated with Day of the Dead skull face painting patterns. I might continue this theme with my other vinyl toys as well. Sylvia Ji is a big inspiration for this idea. If I were to ever get a tattoo, I would defiantly get one with one of her paintings. :}
